■ About the EP:
In Japanese, "Awai" has two different meanings.
One means a space between two things, while the other means pale in color.
This piano solo piece, composed in the post-classical style, uses a simple technique to depict a melody that is beautifully constructed with the help of spacing, pale emotions, and tone.

■ Shingo Mimura Profile:
Based in Kobe, Japan, Shingo Mimura is a multi-talented producer, composer, arranger, pianist, bassist, and music director.

His music features soft piano and melodies mixed with beauty and fragility, and he is highly regarded for his visual and artistic expressiveness with large-scale arrangements that include strings.

His music has been featured in theaters, advertising video works, as well as background music for many games and events.

His first Album “Heart Sky Door” was released in Sep 2018 by PROGRESSIVE FOrM, a prestigious electronic music label in Japan. His second album “Two Dreams Flew Over A Pine Tree” was released in Nov 2021, 3rd album "105 years" was released in Dec 2022, 4th album"Minamo" was released in July 2023, and 5th album "Sprouting Life" was released in Oct 2023.

Shingo Mimura has played in concert halls, churches, important cultural properties, planetariums, and other venues. He performs in various styles, including solos and ensembles with strings.

In addition to his solo work, he is also a member of the ambient pop group “coconoe” formed by three musicians, Takayama Naoko, Kita Kouhei, and Shingo Mimura.
They released their first album “A Halo of Light One Day” in Dec 2019, and their second album “The Dolphins’ Long Dream” was released in Nov 2020.

言葉の響き、どこか日本的な世界観を感じる雰囲気や佇まいに魅力を感じ、惹かれています。

■ Shingo Mimura - ミムラシンゴ Profile:
神戸を拠点にプロデュース/作・編曲/ベース・ピアノ演奏/音楽監督などマルチな才能で比類なき世界観を描き続けてきた音楽家。
美しさと儚さの同居するピアノとメロディを特徴としストリングスを含むスケールの大きなアレンジによる映像的かつ芸術的な表現力が高い評価を受ける。
舞台、広告映像作品への楽曲提供、ゲーム、イベント等のBGMを多数制作。
